RopeHub operates from its Statesville, North Carolina facility and through a strategic manufacturing partnership with Cancord Ropes in Hamilton, Ontario. These two facilities form a coordinated North American network — giving customers domestic production capability, cross-border inventory support, and distribution reach across both the U.S. and Canadian markets through a single partner relationship.

North American operations mean shorter lead times, better supply chain visibility, and more direct control over quality and replenishment than offshore sourcing typically allows.

It requires specific handling, finishing, and packaging capabilities. RopeHub is built around all of that. Our facility is configured for rope. Our finishing capabilities — cutting, spooling, splicing, sewn terminations, custom assemblies, labeling, and packaging — are rope-specific. Our ecommerce and fulfillment infrastructure is designed to handle the SKU complexity and order variability that comes with cordage. That specialization produces better outcomes than a general-purpose operation working with rope as one of many product categories.
