Who We Are

RopeHub was built to solve a structural problem in the rope and cordage industry: the supply chain is fragmented, the infrastructure is outdated, and companies that manufacture or sell rope often lack the logistics and ecommerce systems needed to compete in modern markets.

We exist to change that. By combining manufacturing capability, warehousing, fulfillment, and ecommerce infrastructure under one platform, RopeHub gives industrial buyers, brand partners, OEM manufacturers, and ecommerce customers a more capable, more connected supply chain partner.

Where We Operate

Statesville, North Carolina — Primary U.S. Hub

Our Orbit Road facility in Statesville, North Carolina is the operational center of RopeHub's U.S. business. This facility handles rope manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management, rope finishing, packaging, labeling, custom assemblies, and ecommerce fulfillment — all under one roof.

Hamilton, Ontario — Cancord Ropes

RopeHub operates in strategic partnership with Cancord Ropes in Hamilton, Ontario. Cancord brings deep technical rope manufacturing expertise, specialized production capabilities, and additional inventory support. Together, our North Carolina and Ontario facilities form a coordinated North American manufacturing and distribution network.

How We Are Structured

RopeHub operates across four core business units, each designed to serve a distinct part of the rope and cordage supply chain.

Manufacturing

We produce rope through braiding, twisting, and rope laying processes. Our finishing capabilities include cutting, spooling, splicing, sewn terminations, custom assemblies, packaging, and labeling. We support OEM and private-label manufacturing partnerships for brands and equipment manufacturers that need a reliable domestic production partner.

Distribution

We distribute rope products across multiple industries, including industrial and utility, arborist and tree care, marine and offshore, life safety and rescue, and retail. Our North American network is built to move product efficiently from production to end customer.

Ecommerce

RopeHub operates a Shopify-based B2B portal and supports multi-channel selling across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and The Home Depot Vendor Drop Ship program. Our ecommerce infrastructure is designed to handle the complexity of rope and cordage — variable lengths, custom configurations, bulk orders, and trade accounts — without friction.

Cordage Industry 3PL

RopeHub provides a rope-specific third-party logistics platform for rope manufacturers and rope brands that need North American distribution without building their own warehouse and ecommerce operations. Our 3PL services include warehousing, ecommerce fulfillment, vendor drop shipping, marketplace integration, and sales and business development support.
