OEM and Private Label Rope Manufacturing

RopeHub supports brands, distributors, and equipment manufacturers that need custom rope products produced and delivered under their own label. Whether you are building a branded rope line, sourcing rope for integration into a finished product, or looking for a North American production partner to replace an offshore supply relationship, RopeHub provides the manufacturing, finishing, and fulfillment infrastructure to support your program.

You bring the brand and the specification. We handle production, finishing, packaging, labeling, and fulfillment.

Who This Is For

Our OEM and private-label program is designed for brands that sell rope or cordage products under their own name and need a manufacturing partner rather than a reseller relationship, equipment manufacturers that require rope assemblies or configured cordage as a component of a larger product, distributors building a proprietary product line sourced from a reliable domestic manufacturer, and product companies evaluating a North American production partner to improve lead times, supply chain control, or product consistency.

Private-Label Manufacturing

RopeHub produces rope to your specification and applies your branding — labels, packaging, and product presentation — so finished product arrives ready for your sales channel. Your customers see your brand. We handle everything behind it.

Private-label programs can be structured around existing RopeHub product lines or developed around custom specifications depending on your requirements and volume.

Custom Rope Configurations

We produce rope across a range of construction methods, including braiding, twisting, and rope laying, and can work to customer-defined specifications for fiber type, diameter, construction, length, and performance requirements. Custom configurations are available for both production runs and finished assemblies.

Product Assemblies

RopeHub produces configured rope assemblies built to customer specification. Assembly capabilities include splicing, sewn terminations, cut-to-length processing, and custom end treatments. If your product requires rope delivered as a finished, ready-to-use assembly rather than bulk cordage, we can support that.

Packaging and Labeling

Finished product can be packaged and labeled to your requirements before it leaves our facility. We support retail-ready packaging, industrial formats, and custom label programs — including private-label branding, compliance labeling, and product-specific packaging configurations. Product arrives at your warehouse or fulfillment channel ready to sell or ship.

North American Production and Fulfillment

RopeHub manufactures from its Statesville, North Carolina facility, with specialized technical production support through our partnership with Cancord Ropes in Hamilton, Ontario. North American production gives OEM and private-label customers shorter lead times, better supply chain visibility, and more direct control over quality and replenishment compared to offshore sourcing.

For customers that also need fulfillment support, RopeHub can ship finished product directly into your distribution channel, warehouse, or ecommerce fulfillment operation — or manage fulfillment on your behalf through our 3PL platform.

Building a Branded Product Program Without Building a Factory

Developing a rope product line typically requires manufacturing relationships, finishing capabilities, packaging infrastructure, and fulfillment systems that most brands and equipment manufacturers do not have in-house. RopeHub provides all of that as a service.

You can bring a branded rope product to market — or expand an existing line — without investing in manufacturing equipment, warehouse space, or fulfillment operations. RopeHub's infrastructure becomes your production and logistics backbone.
