RopeHub operates rope manufacturing from its facility in Statesville, North Carolina, with specialized technical production support through our strategic partnership with Cancord Ropes in Hamilton, Ontario. Together, these facilities give RopeHub a coordinated North American manufacturing capability that supports production runs, custom assemblies, value-added finishing, and high-SKU ecommerce environments.

Our Orbit Road facility in Statesville, North Carolina is the operational center of RopeHub's U.S. manufacturing and finishing operations. This facility handles rope production, finishing, packaging, labeling, custom assemblies, and ecommerce fulfillment under one roof — giving us direct control over quality, lead times, and order accuracy from production through shipment.

RopeHub operates in strategic partnership with Cancord Ropes in Hamilton, Ontario. Cancord brings deep technical rope manufacturing expertise and specialized production capabilities that extend RopeHub's overall manufacturing range.
