Our manufacturing operations are built for industrial buyers, distributors, OEM customers, and rope brands that need a responsive domestic production partner with genuine rope-making expertise.

Manufacturing Facilities

Statesville, North Carolina — Primary U.S. Production Hub

Our Orbit Road facility in Statesville, North Carolina is the operational center of RopeHub's U.S. manufacturing and finishing operations. This facility handles rope production, finishing, packaging, labeling, custom assemblies, and ecommerce fulfillment under one roof — giving us direct control over quality, lead times, and order accuracy from production through shipment.

Hamilton, Ontario — Cancord Ropes

RopeHub operates in strategic partnership with Cancord Ropes in Hamilton, Ontario. Cancord brings deep technical rope manufacturing expertise and specialized production capabilities that extend RopeHub's overall manufacturing range. The two facilities operate as a coordinated North American network, providing combined production capacity and cross-border inventory support.

Production Capabilities

RopeHub's manufacturing operations cover the core rope construction methods used across industrial, commercial, and specialty cordage applications:

  • Braiding — Braided rope construction for a range of fiber types and performance specifications
  • Twisting — Twisted rope production for traditional and utility applications
  • Rope Laying — Multi-strand laid rope construction for industrial and marine use cases

Finishing and Value-Added Services

Beyond rope production, RopeHub provides a full range of finishing and value-added services that allow products to move from bulk production to finished, order-ready units without requiring a separate operation:

  • Cutting — Precision cut-to-length processing for retail, ecommerce, and industrial orders
  • Spooling — Spooling and re-spooling for bulk and packaged formats
  • Splicing — Eye splices and end terminations for working rope applications
  • Sewn Terminations — Stitched end treatments for load-bearing and specialty applications
  • Custom Assemblies — Configured rope assemblies built to customer specification
  • Packaging — Retail-ready and industrial packaging formats
  • Labeling — Custom labeling for private-label, OEM, and branded product programs

OEM and Private-Label Manufacturing

RopeHub supports OEM and private-label manufacturing partnerships for brands and equipment manufacturers that need a reliable domestic production source. We can produce rope to your specification, apply your branding, and ship finished product directly into your distribution or fulfillment channel.

North American production means shorter lead times, better supply chain visibility, and fewer variables than offshore sourcing — particularly for programs that require consistent quality, custom configurations, or responsive replenishment.

Ecommerce and High-SKU Production Support

Rope and cordage ecommerce environments are operationally complex. Products are sold in multiple lengths, constructions, fiber types, and packaging formats — often across dozens or hundreds of active SKUs. RopeHub's manufacturing and finishing operations are built to support this environment, with cut-to-length, custom packaging, and labeling capabilities that allow us to produce and fulfill ecommerce-ready inventory efficiently at scale.
