Contract Warehousing

RopeHub provides contract warehousing at our Statesville, North Carolina facility, with additional inventory support available through our partner facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Our warehousing is purpose-configured for rope and cordage — accommodating bulk spools, coils, reels, cut stock, and packaged retail units across a range of product types and dimensions.

Inventory is managed with visibility across both facilities, giving you accurate stock positioning across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Rope-Specific Handling and Finishing

Rope is not a standard warehoused product, and we do not treat it like one. RopeHub's facility is equipped to handle the full range of rope finishing and value-added services your products may require before they reach the customer:

• Cut-to-length processing
• Spooling and re-spooling
• Custom packaging and retail-ready labeling
• Custom assemblies and kitting
• Splicing and sewn terminations

This means your products can arrive in bulk and leave as finished, shelf-ready or order-ready units — without requiring a separate finishing operation.

Ecommerce Fulfillment

RopeHub fulfills ecommerce orders across Shopify and major marketplace channels. Whether your customers are purchasing through a branded Shopify storefront, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or The Home Depot Vendor Drop Ship program, we manage pick, pack, and ship operations from our North Carolina facility.

Our fulfillment infrastructure is built to handle the variability that comes with rope and cordage — custom lengths, multiple SKUs, bulk and single-unit orders, and B2B trade accounts alongside direct-to-consumer volume.

Vendor Drop Shipping

RopeHub supports vendor drop shipping programs for retail and marketplace partners. We ship directly to end customers on your behalf, maintaining your brand presentation while eliminating the need for you to hold inventory or manage fulfillment in-market.

Marketplace Integration

We support marketplace integration across the channels where rope and cordage products are actively purchased. Our team manages the operational side of marketplace fulfillment so your products remain in stock, orders are processed accurately, and your listings stay compliant with channel requirements.
