North American Platform
A Coordinated North American Platform
RopeHub operates across two facilities in the United States and Canada, forming a coordinated North American manufacturing and distribution network. For manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and international rope brands evaluating a North American partner, this cross-border infrastructure provides geographic coverage, supply chain flexibility, and operational depth that a single-location operation cannot match.
Two Facilities. One Coordinated Network.
RopeHub's North American platform is built on two operational nodes working in coordination:
Statesville, North Carolina — Primary U.S. Hub
Our Orbit Road facility in Statesville, North Carolina is the primary center of RopeHub's U.S. manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfillment operations. This facility handles rope production, finishing, packaging, labeling, custom assemblies, inventory management, and ecommerce fulfillment. It is the operational core of RopeHub's platform and the primary point of entry for U.S. distribution and ecommerce programs.
Hamilton, Ontario — Cancord Ropes
RopeHub operates in strategic partnership with Cancord Ropes in Hamilton, Ontario. Cancord is an established rope manufacturer with deep technical expertise and specialized production capabilities. This partnership extends RopeHub's manufacturing range, provides additional inventory support, and gives the platform a direct operational presence in the Canadian market.
The two facilities are not independent operations — they function as a coordinated network, with inventory positioning, production planning, and fulfillment support managed across both locations.
Cross-Border Inventory Support
Maintaining inventory across both the U.S. and Canadian facilities gives RopeHub the ability to position stock where it is needed and respond to demand from either market without the delays and costs associated with cross-border shipping on individual orders. For buyers and brand partners operating in both countries, this means a single supply relationship can support distribution across North America without requiring separate logistics arrangements in each market.
Supply Chain Resilience
A two-facility network provides supply chain resilience that a single-location operation cannot offer. If production capacity, inventory, or fulfillment at one facility is constrained, the coordinated network provides an alternative. For customers with consistent volume requirements or time-sensitive supply needs, this redundancy is a meaningful operational advantage.
Geographic Coverage and Flexibility
RopeHub's North Carolina and Ontario facilities provide coverage across the major population and industrial centers of both the U.S. and Canadian markets. This geographic positioning supports efficient distribution to customers across a broad range of locations without requiring customers to manage separate supply relationships for each country.
For international manufacturers entering North America, this means a single partner relationship covers both markets from day one — with the infrastructure already in place to receive inventory, finish product, and fulfill orders across the U.S. and Canada.
Manufacturing Depth Across the Network
The combination of RopeHub's North Carolina manufacturing capabilities and Cancord's technical production expertise in Ontario gives the platform a broader manufacturing range than either facility provides independently. Braiding, twisting, rope laying, finishing, and custom assembly capabilities are available across the network, with production routed to the appropriate facility based on specification, capacity, and lead time requirements.
A Platform Built for North American Scale
RopeHub's long-term vision is to serve as the central infrastructure platform for the rope and cordage industry in North America. The coordinated U.S. and Canadian network is the foundation of that platform — providing the geographic reach, manufacturing capability, and logistics infrastructure needed to support the industry at scale.
For manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and international brands evaluating a North American partner, RopeHub offers a single, coordinated relationship that covers production, warehousing, fulfillment, and ecommerce across both countries.
